1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) apply to all sales of Goods and supply of Services by Fellten Ltd through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions. Please read them carefully, in particular our cancellation and returns policy (clause 10) and limitation of liability (clause 12).

3. Overseas Orders
We may accept orders from outside the UK subject to additional shipping costs, which we will confirm after you place your order. You must confirm acceptance of these costs within 7 days or the order will be treated as cancelled. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and additional taxes. You are responsible for any such charges.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase from this website.
5. Price and Payment
Prices are as quoted on the order page and are based on UK delivery unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are shown separately. Payment can be made by any major prepay, credit, or debit card and is taken at the point of order. Services must be paid for 100% in advance.
Invoices must be settled within 14 days of issue. Where a product is ready for delivery and a final invoice has been issued, the outstanding balance must be settled within 30 calendar days. Failure to pay within this period is a material breach entitling Fellten Ltd to terminate the agreement and retain all deposit payments.
Interest on overdue amounts accrues at 3% per year above the base lending rate, except during good-faith invoice disputes or where we have a duty to re-perform services.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Our website illustrates our Goods; colours may vary from those shown on screen. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a Confirmation Notice (an email confirming dispatch of Goods or commencement of Services). The version of these Conditions in force at the time of your order applies.
We may make minor technical adjustments to Goods to improve them or comply with applicable laws, and may update these Conditions to reflect changes in law, payment methods, or VAT. We will notify you of any changes before supplying the Goods or Services, and you may cancel if the change is significantly to your disadvantage.
7. Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the address provided during the order process. Delivery dates are approximate. If no date is specified, delivery will take place within 30 days of the Confirmation Notice unless an Event Outside Our Control applies.
7.1 Collection
If collecting from our premises, you must collect within 3 Business Days of notification during working hours (10am–4pm, Monday–Friday). Please confirm time and address via sales@fellten.com.
7.2 Inspection
You must examine the Goods within 14 business days of delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably possible of any faults, damage, or misdescription.
7.3 Failed delivery or collection
We may end the contract and charge storage costs if you do not collect within 14 Business Days of notification, or if we cannot arrange re-delivery within 14 Business Days of a failed delivery attempt.
8. Services
Services will be performed at the address or by the means specified when we accept the order. We will confirm estimated start and completion dates and will perform Services within a reasonable time.
If Services are performed at your premises, you must provide access on the agreed date. If you fail to do so, you must pay any additional costs we incur. If we are unable to obtain access despite reasonable efforts, we may end the contract and refund you less our reasonable costs.
Where we install Goods at your premises, we are entitled to assume that utilities are adequate, that fittings, walls, pipes, wiring, and gas installations are in good working order and suitable for attachment, and that any goods to which our Goods must be attached are in good condition.
If we require information from you to perform the Services, you must provide complete and accurate information by the requested date. We may charge for extra work, suspend Services, or end the contract if information is not provided.
9. If There Is a Problem
If Services do not conform to the contract due to a lack of reasonable care and skill, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and we will re-perform at our own cost. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Risk, Title, and End of Life
10.1 Risk and ownership
Goods are at your risk from delivery. Ownership passes to you only when we receive full payment including VAT and delivery costs.
10.2 Battery end-of-life responsibility
Once a battery or battery pack is sold and delivered, the purchaser is responsible for all end-of-life handling including recharging, maintenance, and lawful disposal or recycling in accordance with all applicable laws. Fellten Ltd assumes no liability for management, costs, or consequences of improper disposal, storage, or continued use of batteries once title has passed.
11. Cancellation and Returns
11.1 Before Confirmation Notice
You may cancel at any time before we send a Confirmation Notice by emailing sales@fellten.com.
11.2 After Confirmation Notice
For Goods (or Goods and Services where Goods are the main purpose): the cancellation period runs from the Confirmation Notice until 14 calendar days after you receive the Goods.
For Services only (or Goods and Services where Services are the main purpose): the cancellation period is 14 days from the day after the Confirmation Notice. If you request Services to begin during this period, you must acknowledge you will lose the right to cancel once Services are fully performed.
11.3 Returns
We will provide return instructions upon receiving your cancellation. Goods must be returned within 14 days at your own cost and risk. A 10% restocking fee may apply if goods are not returned within the specified timeframe, provided they are unused and undamaged. We may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the Goods.
11.4 Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods (or evidence of return), less any deductions for Services already supplied, reduction in value, or collection costs. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
11.5 Exceptions
You do not have the right to cancel if the Goods are bespoke, personalised, or perishable, or if the price depends on financial market fluctuations we cannot control.

If you have a complaint about any Goods or Services, please contact us at sales@fellten.com.
13. Liability
We have a duty to supply Goods that are as described, match any samples, are fit for any purpose you specifically told us about, and are not faulty. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. We cannot exclude liability for failure to comply with these duties, and nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory rights.
We cannot exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or defective product claims where we do not identify our supplier within a reasonable time.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses.
These Goods and Services are sold to consumers. If you purchase for business purposes including resale, we are not liable for business losses, loss of profits, loss of contracts, business opportunities, management time, business data, or business interruption.
We are not liable for delays caused by your failure to provide information we have requested, or for damage caused by pre-existing defects in your premises or fittings unless we were negligent.
14. Termination
We may terminate the contract if you fail to make payment when due and do not pay within 14 days of our reminder.
15. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise any delay, notify you promptly, and our performance is suspended for the duration. You may end the contract following such notification and we will refund you for any Goods or Services we have been unable to deliver.
16. Personal Data
You authorise us to process your personal information to: verify your identity via third parties including credit reference agencies; supply Goods and Services; carry out fraud prevention and security checks; process payment authorisation; validate your information against third-party databases; and inform you of similar Goods and Services (you may opt out at any time).
17. General
A person who is not a party to the contract has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except for our affiliates, directors, employees, or representatives. This does not affect any other third-party rights.
We may change the website domain, services, products, prices, specifications, and availability at any time. Stock availability is not guaranteed. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. All contracts are concluded in English.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
12-Month Limited Warranty
Coverage
Fellten Ltd provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase within the UK. It does not apply to products resold outside the UK or where the country of ownership changes to outside the UK after purchase.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover: misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper installation; use in applications the product was not designed for; non-compliance with manufacturer’s instructions; unauthorised repair or modification; normal wear and tear including reduction in battery charge capacity over time; or incidental or consequential damages.
Claims
Contact sales@fellten.com within the warranty period with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and return the product if requested. Fellten reserves the right to repair or replace with a new or refurbished product. Fellten covers parts and labour; the customer may be responsible for shipping costs unless prohibited by local law.
Limitation
Fellten’s liability is limited to repair or replacement. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
