Terminals are the part of a connector that gets used up. A crimp made slightly wrong, a cable cut short, a harness reworked, or a contact damaged during extraction all end the same way: the housing is fine and the terminal is not. Buying the contact on its own means remaking one circuit rather than replacing a connector.
They are also what you need to build a harness to length. A connector supplied with terminals gives you exactly as many as it has ways, and no spares for the crimp that does not come out right.

Check the conductor range before ordering. Terminals within a series are specified for a particular wire size band, and a conductor outside that band will not crimp into a gas tight joint no matter how good the tool. We have no datasheet published here, so ask us and we will confirm the range and the correct crimp die.
Use the right tool. A signal terminal crimped with pliers looks finished and fails later, usually as an intermittent fault that takes a day to find.
