Terminals are the part of a connector that gets used up. A crimp made slightly wrong, a cable cut short, a harness reworked, or a contact damaged during extraction all end the same way: the housing is fine and the terminal is not. Buying the pin on its own means remaking one circuit rather than replacing a connector.
They are also what you need to build a harness to length. A connector supplied with pins gives you exactly as many as it has ways, and no spares for the crimp that does not come out right. On a data connector where every pin carries a signal, one bad crimp is one circuit that does not work.

Compatibility
For charger data connector housings taking this pin.
Check the conductor range before ordering. A pin is specified for a particular wire size band, and a conductor outside that band will not crimp into a gas tight joint no matter how good the tool. We have no datasheet published here, so ask us to confirm the range and the correct crimp die.
Use the right tool. A signal pin crimped with pliers looks finished and fails later, usually as an intermittent fault.
