3kW PTC High Voltage Cabin Heater
This high-performance 3kW PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) cabin heater is designed for use in high-voltage electric vehicle (EV) systems and other high-voltage heating applications. Compact, efficient, and rugged, it's ideal for replacing traditional heater matrices in custom EV builds.

- Normal Operating Voltage: DC 348V – 540V
- Extended Operating Range: DC 96V – 540V (Note: Heating performance will decrease below 348V)
- Rated Power Output: 3kW (within normal voltage range)
- Contactor Requirement: 50A recommended
- Polarity: No polarity requirement on high-voltage input – can be connected either way

Thermal Protection: Integrated bimetallic thermostat on LV signal wires
- Cut-off Temperature: 150°C ± 5°C
- Reset Temperature: 105°C ± 15°C
- Protection Rating: IP68 – fully sealed against dust and water
This product can be used to replace your stock heater matrix, custom mounting will be required. Please check the dimensions against your stock matrix.
