A busbar for joining LG battery modules on a coolant plate, for the side of the module opposite the plate. Used together with two right angle busbars to complete a module pair.
Module to module connections are where a pack's resistance quietly accumulates. Every joint adds a little, and at pack currents a little resistance is a lot of heat in a place that is hard to inspect. The right busbar for the position is what keeps that low, because the wrong one is either strained into place or bridged with cable.
Position matters as much as size here. This one is for the face away from the coolant plate. The two right angle busbars handle the other side, where the plate is in the way and a straight bar cannot run. Between them they make the connections a module pair on a coolant plate actually needs.

Features
- Correct length and form for the face away from the coolant plate
- Works with the right angle busbars that handle the plate side
- Low resistance joint, rather than a cable bridge
Compatibility
For LG battery modules mounted on our battery module coolant plate.
Use one of these on the side away from the plate, with two right angle busbars on the plate side.
Check the module before ordering. Battery module busbars are specific to the module and to the position, and modules with nearly identical names differ in terminal spacing. If you are unsure which combination your build needs, ask us.
Torque the joints properly and check again after the first heat cycle. A loose busbar is the most common cause of a hot spot in a pack.
