A Brusa NLG664 onboard charger, taking 230/240 V AC and delivering up to 450 V DC. Brand new overstock, pre flashed and ready to integrate.
Brusa chargers are the reference in this class. They are what production and low volume vehicle programmes specify when the charger has to work for the life of the vehicle rather than for a warranty period, and they carry the documentation and the certification to go with that.
New overstock, not used or refurbished. That distinction matters on a charger: it has never been in service, has no thermal history and no unknown faults, and it is priced as surplus rather than as new stock.
The software is already flashed, so the unit is ready to integrate rather than needing a programming step before it will do anything.
Connectors are not included, and that is the thing to plan for. A Brusa needs its AC input connector, its DC output connector and its control connections, and none of them come with the charger. They have to be sourced separately, and the connectors are not common across Brusa's families, so tell us this model number and we will confirm what you need.

Compatibility
For packs up to 450 V. Check your pack voltage at the top of a charge rather than nominal.
Budget for connectors. We stock the TE AC connector for Brusa; tell us your full requirement and we will confirm the DC and control connectors as well.
Check the charge profile matches your chemistry. A charger configured for one lithium chemistry will not charge another correctly, and getting that wrong damages cells rather than simply charging slowly. The unit is pre flashed, so tell us your cell chemistry and pack configuration and we will confirm the configuration before you order.
It needs a BMS. A charger following a profile with nothing watching the individual cells is charging blind.
