Tinned copper cable lugs for high voltage and battery cable, from 4 mm² up to 70 mm², in a range of stud sizes. Priced per lug.
A lug is where a cable becomes a bolted joint, and it is where resistance appears if it is the wrong one. Two numbers have to be right. The cable size has to match the barrel, because a conductor rattling around in an oversized barrel cannot be crimped into a gas tight joint. And the stud size has to match the terminal you are bolting to, because a hole that is too large leaves the contact area sitting on the washer instead of the busbar.
Get either wrong and the joint works at first. It heats under load, the heat oxidises the interface, the oxidised interface adds resistance, and the resistance makes more heat. Pack joints fail this way rather than suddenly.

Compatibility
Match two things: the cable and the stud. Choose the lug whose barrel matches your conductor size, then the stud size that matches the terminal you are bolting to.

- 4 mm² cable, with 4, 5 or 6 mm stud
- 6 mm² cable, with 4, 5, 6 or 8 mm stud
- 16 mm² cable, with 5, 6 or 8 mm stud
- 25 mm² cable, with 5, 6 or 8 mm stud
- 35 mm² cable, with 6 or 8 mm stud
- 50 mm² cable, with 8 or 10 mm stud
- 70 mm² cable, with 8 mm stud
Crimp them with the correct hex die. A lug squashed flat in a vice or a bolt cutter is a mechanical grip, not a gas tight joint, and it will corrode from the inside. Use a hydraulic or heavy ratchet crimper with the die that matches the barrel.
Heatshrink over the finished joint keeps moisture out of the barrel and, on a high voltage run, keeps the crimp insulated.
