The M6 hardware kit for mounting a battery module to a coolant plate: four long socket head bolts and four thick flat washers.
The bolt length is the whole specification. At 90 mm these pass through the module's mounting feature, through the coolant plate, and still have thread engagement at the far side. A shorter bolt reaches but does not hold, and a longer one bottoms out or protrudes into somewhere it should not.
The washers are 3 mm thick, and that is deliberate. A thin washer under a socket head on a soft or compliant surface digs in as the bolt is torqued, so clamping force is lost the first time the pack heats and cools. A thick washer spreads the load and holds the clamp.
Clamping a module to a coolant plate is a thermal joint as well as a mechanical one. The thermal pad between them only works under even, maintained pressure, so the fasteners are part of the cooling system rather than incidental to it.

Compatibility

Order one kit per module.
Do not forget the thermal pad. A module bolted directly to a coolant plate has no thermal path worth the name and no electrical isolation between a module at pack potential and a plate that is usually bonded to the vehicle. LG modules take the 1.5 mm pad and CALB modules the 3 mm.
Torque evenly and re-check after the first heat cycle, because even pressure across the pad is what makes the thermal joint work.
