The cables and adapters needed to talk to a Fellten system over CAN, in one kit. An OBD programming cable set, a Peak compatible USB to CAN dongle, and the adapter that takes that dongle to an Orion BMS.

Configuring a BMS, reading a fault, or loading firmware all need the same thing: a working CAN connection between a laptop and the vehicle. Assembling that from parts is where people lose an afternoon, because the dongle, the vehicle side connector and the BMS side pinout all have to agree, and a cable that is physically fine can still be wired to the wrong pins.

This kit is the combination that works. It covers connecting through a standard OBD-II port and connecting directly to an Orion BMS, which between them is how almost every diagnostic or configuration session starts.

One thing to check before you connect. The CAN connection must be inline with the battery pack. Confirm the pinout for your own installation first, because a CAN tool connected to the wrong pins will simply not see the bus, and it is easy to mistake that for a fault in the vehicle.
