A JONHON DLQ5-T315 manual service disconnect, fitted with a 315A Bussmann fuse, for isolating the high voltage system on an EV conversion or battery pack.
The service disconnect is the part a technician pulls before touching anything live. Removing the plug breaks the high voltage circuit and opens the interlock loop, which tells the BMS or VCU that the pack is no longer safe to energise. It carries the pack main fuse inside the same body, so one component handles both isolation and overcurrent protection.

Compatibility
Mates with the Fused Safety Disconnect Housing (JONHON DLQ5-Z). Used on Fellten battery packs, PDUs and all-in-one controllers. Other fuse gauges in the same body are available to order: 100A, 125A, 160A, 200A, 250A, 350A and 400A.
