A single pole 70 mm² high voltage connector, A keyed, female. One connector carries one polarity, and behind the panel it lands on a busbar or a cable lug through an M10 bolt.
Single pole is a different design decision from a two pole connector, not a smaller one. A two pole connector brings both polarities through one body, which is neat but means one part, one seal and one failure point carries the whole pack. Splitting them gives you two independent crossings that can be placed apart from each other, so a single mechanical failure cannot bridge positive to negative, and so the two runs can leave the enclosure wherever the packaging actually allows.
It also suits a pack whose internals are busbar rather than cable. The M10 bolt lands straight onto solid metalwork, so there is no crimp inside the box.
It carries a high voltage interlock. A small signal loop alongside the power contact is complete only while the connector is fully home. Wire it into your BMS or contactor control and the contactors open the instant someone begins to separate the joint, so the current is already zero before the power contact parts.
A keyed parts mate only with A keyed parts. The moulded keyway physically blocks a B keyed half. On a single pole system that is not a convenience, it is the thing that stops positive being plugged into negative. Use one keying for one polarity and the other for the other, throughout the vehicle.

Features
- Single pole, so positive and negative cross the enclosure independently and can be placed apart
- M10 bolt to busbar or lug, so there is no crimp inside the box
- Integrated high voltage interlock that breaks before the power contact
- A keying physically blocks mating with a B keyed half, which is what prevents a polarity reversal
- IP67 sealed once mated
- Compact body, for battery boxes where panel space is the constraint
Compatibility
Mates with EVH1-H1TK-70WA, the A keyed 90 degree male. Buy the pair unless you already have the other half.
Use the keying as a polarity convention. Pick A for one polarity and B for the other and hold to it across the whole vehicle. That is the entire safety benefit of a single pole system, and it only works if it is applied consistently.
One point to confirm before you specify it. Our supplier data gives the insulation rating as 1000 V AC. On a connector used almost entirely on DC traction systems that is the figure worth checking, so ask us and we will confirm the DC rating rather than have you design to an AC number.
