Fellten Workshop Safety Kit
Fellten has put together a workshop safety kit that mirrors the equipment we use in our own workshops to keep our staff safe whilst working on HV.
We felt it would be good to offer the same equipment to other workshops too.
Safety kit contains:
Electrical safety gloves
One pair, Category 0 500V rated, size 8, 9 or 10. Let us know which size you require when ordering.
Eye protection glasses
EN166 rated, black frame, clear lenses.
First aid electric shock poster
Guidance on first aid action for electric shock.
Rescue hook
45Kv rated, for removing a person from contact with an HV source.
Post and chain barriers in black and yellow
Six posts with weighted bases and five chains to cordon off your HV working area.
Three HV warning cones
Each one indicates a different stage of charge of the vehicle/battery pack.
- Red cone-High Voltage, do not touch.
- Amber cone-High Voltage, discharging.
- Green cone- discharged, continue with caution.
