A fuse holder is what makes a fuse serviceable. A fuse soldered or bolted permanently into a circuit protects it exactly once, after which the repair is a rebuild. A holder turns clearing a fault into opening a lid and swapping a cartridge, which is the difference between a ten minute job at the roadside and a recovery truck.
The 10 by 38 mm size is the common industrial cartridge, which means the fuses are easy to obtain anywhere and available in a wide range of ratings and characteristics. That matters more than it sounds for a vehicle that might need a fuse in an unfamiliar place.
DIN rail mounting suits a proper enclosure: the holder clips into a rail alongside contactors, terminals and other protective devices rather than being screwed to a panel on its own.

Compatibility
For 10 by 38 mm cylindrical fuses up to 32 A, in EV auxiliary circuits, industrial equipment and retrofit work.
Check the fuse, not just the holder, against your circuit voltage. The holder's 32 A rating says nothing about voltage withstand on DC. A high voltage DC circuit needs a fuse specifically rated for DC at that voltage, and a holder rated to match. For traction circuits use a proper HV fuse rather than a general purpose cartridge.
Fit the right characteristic. A 32 A holder will take a 32 A fuse of any speed, and the choice between fast acting and time delay changes what the circuit is actually protected against.
