The 10 by 38 mm cartridge is the common industrial size, which means fuses are easy to obtain in a wide range of ratings and characteristics. That matters more than it sounds for a vehicle that might need a replacement somewhere unfamiliar.
Size the fuse to the cable, not to the load. A fuse exists so that a fault cannot set the wiring on fire. If the circuit is wired in cable rated below 32 A, a 32 A fuse protects nothing and the cable becomes the fuse.

Compatibility
Fits our 32 A fuse holder for 10 by 38 mm cartridges.
This is a general line fuse, not a high voltage DC fuse. Do not use it on a traction circuit. Breaking DC at pack voltage needs a fuse specifically rated for DC at that voltage, because a fuse operated beyond its voltage rating can open and then keep conducting through the arc, which is worse than no fuse at all.
Match the characteristic to the circuit. A holder will take a 32 A fuse of any speed, and the choice between fast acting and time delay changes what the circuit is actually protected against.
