The panel mounting half of a two pole 16 mm² high voltage connector, A keyed. It mounts through an enclosure wall and the matching A keyed plug locks into it.
At 16 mm² this sits between the small auxiliary connectors and the heavy traction ones. It suits the circuits that draw real current but are not the main pack run: a cabin heater, an air conditioning compressor, a charger feed or a DC to DC converter input.
A keyed parts mate only with A keyed parts. The moulded keyway physically blocks a B keyed half. Where two similar high voltage runs sit near each other, using A for one and B for the other makes crossing them impossible. Check the letter on both halves before ordering.
