This small box is designed to control the negative, positive and precharge contactor of your high voltage battery box.
This is the simplest way to do this control, it comes programmed to close the negative contactor and the precharge contactor, wait 1.5seconds then close the positive contactor and open the precharge contactor.
It is a timer based precharge/ contactor controller. You can also wire to do a negative precharge.
Wire all your economised contactors into the 6 pin connector
The 4 pin connector requires 12v chassis ground, 10 amp fused 12v live, ignition live - used to activate the controller must be a continuous supply when the ignition is on if removed contactors will open, There is also a 12v signal output once precharge has been complete that can be used to allow activation of other HV systems.
