A nylon snap bushing, which lines a hole in panel or a bracket so a cable can pass through it safely.
A drilled hole in sheet metal has a sharp edge, and a cable does not have to move much to be cut by it. Vibration over months is enough. When the insulation finally goes, the conductor shorts to the panel, and the panel is usually earthed. On a low voltage circuit that is a blown fuse and an intermittent fault. On anything carrying real current it is worse.
A snap bushing removes the edge. It clips into the hole from one side and stays there, presenting a smooth radius for the cable to sit against instead of a cut metal edge. It takes seconds and it is one of the few things in a loom that is very cheap to do right and very expensive to have done wrong.

Check the hole size and panel thickness. A snap bushing is specified for a particular hole diameter and a grip range, and it will not retain properly outside either. Ask us to confirm the sizes for this one before drilling, since no dimensions are published here.
A bushing is not a seal. It removes the sharp edge; it does not keep water out of an enclosure. A sealed crossing needs a proper gland or bulkhead fitting.
