A combined display and data logger for an Orion BMS. It shows the pack's essential state to the driver and writes a full record to a memory card for you to read afterwards.
A BMS knows everything about a pack and, on its own, tells you almost none of it. It makes decisions in the moment and moves on. When something goes wrong at the far end of a drive, there is nothing to look at unless something was recording.
The logging is the part that earns its keep. It records individual cell voltages as well as general pack parameters, at a sample rate you choose, with a real time clock stamping each charge and discharge cycle. A cell that starts drifting shows up as a trend across weeks rather than as a fault code one morning. That is the difference between replacing one cell now and a pack later.
The display half does the everyday job. State of charge, whether the BMS is limiting power, and the malfunction indicator, which between them answer the three questions a driver actually has.
There is also an external event trigger input, so you can mark the moment something happened and find it in the log later instead of scrolling for it.

Compatibility
For the Orion BMS and Orion Jr BMS, CAN versions only. The BMS itself is sold separately.
If your Orion Jr is an analogue variant rather than a CAN one, this will not work with it. Check before ordering.
