A compact aluminium radiator for electric vehicle conversions and for any build where a small heat exchanger has to fit somewhere awkward. Both hose connections sit on the same tank, so feed and return stay on one side of the installation instead of running round the car.
The core is 190 mm high, which is the reason this radiator and the 190 mm pull fan are usually ordered together: the fan covers the core face exactly, with no shrouding to fabricate and no dead area at the edges. Nineteen of the last fifty eight orders containing this radiator also contained that fan. If the space allows it, buy them as a pair.
The far tank carries two mounting spigots rather than brackets, so the radiator can be hung on rubber bushes in an existing panel without welding a frame. Everything is aluminium, so the whole assembly weighs under a kilogram and can be supported by light mounts.

Features
- Both hose connections on one tank, which keeps the plumbing on a single side and shortens the hose runs
- Core height of 190 mm matches a 190 mm pull fan face to face, so no shroud has to be fabricated
- Two integral mounting spigots, so it hangs on rubber bushes without a welded frame
- All aluminium construction at roughly 0.8 kg, light enough for simple mounts
- A STEP model is published, so the envelope can be checked in CAD before anything is ordered
Compatibility
Suits the low temperature cooling loops found in electric vehicle conversions, where a motor, inverter, charger or battery loop needs far less radiator than a combustion engine did. It is also used in performance and classic builds wherever the original opening is too small for a conventional core.
Takes 19 mm bore hose on both connections. The matching fan is the 190 mm pull fan, which shares the 190 mm core height.
Check the envelope rather than the core size when planning the installation. The core is 26 mm thick, but the tanks and the hose stubs make the assembly 97 mm deep overall, and that is the figure that decides whether it fits.
In the box
- 1 x radiator
Fan, hoses, clips and mounting bushes are not included.
