A welded stainless manifold that feeds coolant to a stack of Tesla Model S modules, with the barbed outlets already at module pitch. One part replaces the cluster of tees, elbows and short hoses a stacked pack would otherwise need.
Cooling a battery pack is mostly a plumbing problem. Every module needs coolant, and the usual way of getting it there is a chain of fittings and hose, each one a joint that takes time to build and can weep glycol later. This manifold does the distribution in a single welded part: the outlets are spaced to line up with stacked Model S modules, so the hoses run straight across rather than being coaxed into position. It is 304 stainless throughout, TIG welded, and it is designed to be modified rather than only used whole. Cut it down if your pack has fewer modules, or join two together if it has more.

Compatibility
Sized for stacked Tesla Model S modules. Most packs using these are also using module busbars to link the modules electrically and a pressure relief vent in the enclosure, which is why they usually go in the same order.
The outlets are barbed, so you will need hose and clips to suit. If you are laying out a pack and need the outlet spacing or the barb size before you commit to a hose, ask us and we will send the dimensions.
