The 12 pin connector that mates with a CALB 2.55 kWh module's sense header, supplied with its pins.
A module brings its cell taps and temperature sensors out on a single keyed header. Until you have the matching plug, that data is inaccessible, and a module without cell level monitoring cannot be used in a pack: the BMS has nothing to balance and nothing to protect against.
Check which CALB module you have, because the connector is not the same across them. This 12 pin connector is for the 2.55 kWh modules. The 2.2 kWh modules use a 16 pin connector instead. The modules look similar and are named similarly, and the energy figure is what separates them.

Not for the 2.2 kWh modules, which need the 16 pin connector. Check the energy rating printed on your own modules rather than going by the cell configuration, since 4S3P appears on both types.
Order one per module and a spare. It is the sort of small part that stops a build.
Crimp the pins properly. A poor crimp on a cell tap shows up as a cell that appears to drift for no reason, which is a frustrating fault to chase.
