The 23 pin data connector on a large drive unit is small, exposed, and one of the first things damaged when a unit is pulled from a car. Where the board itself repairs the connector, this loom is what carries the signals away from it.
The two are normally wanted together. A damaged data connector usually means a damaged loom as well, because whatever broke one caught the other.
Read this before ordering. Like the board it goes with, this only works alongside an aftermarket large drive unit inverter board. It is not a repair for a drive unit running its original Tesla logic.
