CCS Type 2 Fast Charging Kit
Our CCS controller is designed for installation inside the high-voltage (HV) battery enclosure. It integrates seamlessly with two internal contactors and is capable of controlling your main HV contactors and the precharge circuit.
This kit has been fully field-tested and complies with all CCS charging standards.
Key Notes:
- Voltage Requirement: Most CCS chargers require a minimum battery pack voltage of 200V to initiate charging.
- BMS Compatibility: This controller is specifically designed for use with the Orion BMS. If you're using a different battery management system, please contact us to discuss compatibility.
